The requirements are that you need to equip the Valentine's equipment that you can find in the City. The only problem is that the city is large and it can be time consuming to find the right store.
Unfortunately for existing users, the 2XP award in NBA 2K22 MyCAREER is exclusive to next-gen players in The City.
